How it works

How an AI agent works.

One agent does one job, like invoices, quotes, or client intake. It works like a new hire with a narrow role: its own accounts, written rules, and a manager who approves its work.

Five parts, all in your name.

Its own inbox
The agent gets a dedicated email address on your domain. Vendors, clients, and your team send work to it the same way they would send it to a person.
Its own logins
Accounts are created for the agent in the tools the job needs, such as your accounting system or CRM. Each login carries only the permissions that job requires.
Your written rules
Pricing rules, approval limits, and exceptions are written down with you and loaded into the agent. When a case falls outside them, it stops and asks.
An approval queue
Everything the agent prepares (a payment batch, a quote, a client reply) waits for a named person on your team to approve, edit, or reject.
A full action log
Every message read, record changed, and draft prepared is logged with a timestamp, so you can see what it did and why.

One piece of work, start to finish.

  1. 01

    Work arrives.

An invoice lands in the agent's inbox, or a new client fills in your intake form.

  2. 02

    The agent prepares it.

It reads the document, checks your records, applies your rules, and drafts the next step.

  3. 03

    A person decides.

Your reviewer sees the draft with the agent's reasoning and approves, edits, or rejects it.

  4. 04

    The agent finishes.

Approved work is entered, sent, or filed. Exceptions are routed to the right person with context attached.

Where it runs.

Managed cloud

Runs on a dedicated cloud computer in accounts opened in your company's name. Model usage is billed to you directly, with no markup.

Private Mac in your office

Runs on a Mac you own, with open-weight models on the machine, so documents never leave your network. Hardware at cost + $5,000.

Start with one agent.
